Product Background:

• Private Law firms have Lawyers and PSLs, responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and filings.
• Lawyers specialize in a domain and hence their content (citations, references, and negotiations differ from each other). Let's say the documents are prepared by accessing a huge library of Law books.
• With the mark of the digitalization era, the documents were written online either visualizing from the books or digitally copying it.

How does Lexis Create make a difference?

• Lexis Create helps in inserting clauses, citations, proofreading, redacting sensitive information, PSL support, and much more. Lexis create can understand the context of the document making suggestions for the legal terms. As well as the lawyers can share a self-written library of content at the institute level.
• This helps the Lawyers save time to a major extent making sure that they get to draft the Agreements and contracts accurately and hassle-free and allowing them to draft multiple legal documentation in less time.

Role and Responsibilities as a Project Manager / Scrum Master:

1. Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
2. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks. Develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
3. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on team progress using relevant Agile metrics. Provide visibility into the team's work and progress.
4. Team Leadership: Build and lead cross-functional teams. Provide motivation, guidance, and support to team members.
5. Quality Assurance: Define and implement quality standards for project deliverables. Monitor and ensure adherence to quality processes.
6. Client Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for clients or stakeholders. Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
7. Change Management: Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Evaluate the impact of changes and communicate adjustments to the team.
8. Scrum Process Facilitation: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, backlog management. Ensure that Scrum processes are followed and understood by the team.
9. Product Owner Collaboration: Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog. Ensure the team understands and works towards achieving the product vision.
10. Continuous Improvement: Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement within the team. Conduct retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
